Lagganbeg is situated within a Five Minute walk from the shores of Loch Lomond, part of the beautiful and Magnificent, National Loch Lomond & Trossachs Park. The Park is perfectly situated as a base, to tour the surrounding area. The Local amenities include a Shop/ Post Office and Restaurant and within a One mile drive, Either side of the Park you have the picturesque village of Drymen, which offers various Tea & Local Shops and a wide variety of Hotels and Public Houses offering a range of meals to cater for all tastes and prices. On the other side, you have the village of Balloch, gateway to Loch Lomond, which has a large Supermarket/Shops and an abundance of eating establishments, from Chip Shops through to Restaurants and Hotels. Balloch is also the home of the Famous Lomond Shores Shopping Complex & Sea Life Centre. |
